Our interviewers are home based. That way we offer better rates and family friendly working conditions. All of our interviewers tend to work with us for long term and as a result they are gaining valuable experience and our service is consistent.
Strict Quality Control
Quality is paramount at Webcall. All interviewers are trained thoroughly and monitored throughout each project from dedicated Quality controllers. All interview recordings are made available to clients to conduct their own checks.
4G GPS Enabled Tablets
Out F2F teams are equipped with 4G Tablets and required to record all interviews on the site. The recording are automatically uploaded on our main server for Quality control. The tablets are GPS enabled so Project Management and the Quality Control teams can track every F2F interviewers’ route and location.
Advanced remote monitoring capabilities
The supervisors can listen In during telephone interviews, can monitor screens live. Also all workstations are having installed software that takes random screen captures.
